Connexion to hotspots WiFi windows popup

How do I get rid of those Join "" windows. Any preference?

Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

System Preferences, Network, WiFi, "Ask to join new networks" checkbox.

Also:

System Preferences, Network, WiFi, Advanced, "Remember networks..." checkbox
