I'm sure you appreciate that your support profile and your AppleID are different. Do you mean your Communities profile? If so, it is > Apple Support Communities > Your stuff. Then you possible need to edit both profiles and preferences from the drop down panel

It is your personal profile which in the previous system was more easily found. Not quite sure why you are delving back into threads so old a woman could have conceived and had her baby over this time.

Oh, and all you need do is Log in > Bio > and edit as you require.

Easy there Hoss!

Either I am confused or you are. Here is (from the link https://supportprofile.apple.com/ supplied by King_Penguin earlier) Apple - Support - My Support Profile (Grabbed)

User uploaded file

If this is accessible from Bio, I have yet to discover it.

It is CLEARLY NOT what you are thinkin of. This is definitely related to past, ongoing or future Technical Support for Apple Hardware(note the center of the page "Cases (0)" "Repairs(0)" & a couple of blanks.

Above this is where one would "Register & Add Products" link that takes one to a Wizard-like for adding Apple Products. Wants serial numbers etc.

This is NOT what we did when we got AppleID 9months-11days ago. I remember vividly that process and that data is NOWHERE to be found in Bio or elsewhere. It has been said to use the "Tell us about yourself" field if you want the old stuff that is gone to be there. I have just created a Entourage Signature to copy/paste if necessary.

I will demonstrate

Is this what you are referring to? It is totally separate from these Communities:

Apple - Support - Welcome To My Support Profile

Yet another way to get to the same spot (from K_P just above ya) https://supportprofile.apple.com/

wow! I am struck DUMB(er)

What is crystal clear to me now is that A P P L E wants to know as much detail as possible to ease THEIR way to supporting an A P P L E hardware product. They apparently don't feel that WE are entitled to the same.

This section has nothing to do with the forums here. It has always been where your new products are registered and a way to keep track of your products, warranty status, and repairs/cases. It is also where you must un-register your product when you sell it. And, none of that has anything to do with these forums. Listing your devices here simply helps the helpers to know which device and OS is presenting a problem - it has nothing to do with Apple technical support.

FWIW, your posts are extremely difficult to read; there is no need to bold face or otherwise "enhance" entire paragraphs. And no offense, but since this is a technical support forum, there is also no need for the various quotes. It just makes it more confusing and I'd appreciate if you didn't use them if/when you respond to me.
