restore doesn't work
reset on my ipod nano 6th generation doesn't work, It's white screen and it says do not disconnect.

What are you trying to do exactly or what is the issue you were having that let you to "reset" the Nano?
By a reset, do you mean pressing and holding both the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear?
