My Apple TV used to have a music icon I could go to to play my iTunes Match music... It's gone all the sudden... Why? This was the main reason I bought my Apple TV and subscribed to iTunes Match... I don't want to have to use Air Play from my phone or iPad and and I don't have a computer to to home sharing with..... Is there any other way now.??

Thanks. You have Apple TV 3 with the latest available software. The icons (channels) on your device only appear if the device can connect to the necessary servers. Have you changed anything in your internet connection that could affect this? Also, it is possible to hide channels. Have you maybe hidden Music?
Hi Diana, thanks for quick response. There have been no changes I'm aware of, but I can try unplugging modem, router & Apple TV. Would there be any point in resetting the Apple TV to its factory settings?

Music is the only icon that disappeared from my Apple TV. I just noticed it so it likely just happened today.
Hi newndo. Please describe your problem in more detail. What Apple TV version, what software version? Do you have icons other than just Computers and Settings?
I didn't think that the stock Apple content apps can be hidden.

I didn't think so either, & when I looked in the Main Menu menu the music app was not on the list for making show/hide selections.
