Q: windows 8 in bootcamp touchpad not working?

I just installed windows 8 over my windows 7 in bootcamp. touch pad will not , anybody have a solution that works? tried several but failed

Loner T - I have no idea why I completely forgot to look for Boot Camp in the Control Panel (using the Windows 8.1 side - NOT the Mac side). Thanks so much for your post. This would have saved me a few hours had I came here AND then went to Page 3 of 3 FIRST! I know better. Thanks tremendously!

This was really helpfull, but how do you get the gestures to work after this, like scrolling and right-clicking?

Awesome. Took about 60 seconds to solve a problem that's been confounding me for months and meant I had to take a mouse with me everywhere ... Thank you Soooooo much.
