Go to Settings > General > Siri and change it there.

There can only set "my info" to someone in contact list, no way to set to "none".

Correct. There is no way to set it to "none".

You can turn Siri off if you wish (also in Settings > General > Siri). If Siri is on, it will have someone in "My Info".
