Watched the first episode of 'Homeland' and decided to buy the full season but when I went to do this, and clicked on 'complete the season' to get the reduced rate, it kicked back to the Homeland home page . . . contacted iTunes support via email and got the normal totally useless generic answer that didn't help at all.

 

Anyone else have this issue?

    I have the same problem. The 'Complete My Season' option just loops me back to the home page. The reduced 'Complete My Season' price appears in iTunes on my iPad and laptop, but does not appear to work on Apple TV.

     

    Any suggestions or tips on how to fix this?

    Call Apple TV support (on their home page).  What they will do is give you a credit for the episode you paid for if you buy the season as a separate transaction . .  bit of a hassle but worth it as you won't be able to stop watching the rest of Season One . . . best series on TV bare none!!
