I have Logitech remote. The remote has begun affecting both my iTunes library AND the Netflix shows I watch. I think it has to do with "pairing" and unpairing the remote and the Apple TV. Help?

How do I stop the Logitech Remote (programmed for computer, TV, AV, DVD, etc. from clicking iTunes on whenever I click for APPLE TV? when I used the simple
Apple remote, I fixed this...Now with new Logitech "wand," iTunes has begun playing when I click. Know there's a solution, but can't remember it.

Has something to do with "Pairing" and unPairing" I think.
