I have a photo album in iPhoto named iPhone, I added a photo in that one, it is checked in the list when I sync iPhone vie iTunes but the new photo don't appear im iPhone after syncing. I tried several things, delete the album, adding it again, restart computer and iPhone, nothing works.

When you "check" this album in iTunes to sync it there is a number beside that indicates how many photos are there in this album. Is it the same with iPhoto? Did you tried to make a new album with different name?
I haven't tried with a different name, will now. And the number of photos in iTunes is different, I have 82 in iTunes and 83 in iPhoto
Changing the name did not change anything, I still have one photo missing
I just tried to modify this album, deleted a few pics, and created a new album. I still have one less photo in iTunes and it is the one I want to have in my iPhone that is missing!
What is the source and details of the format of the photo that will not sync?

Photos without extensions may not appear on your device.

After trying to add this photo in different albums, I thought there was a problem with that spcific photo so I modified it very slightly (cropped it), and now it is in my iPhone album!!!!
Just read your message, it is a JPG, same as all my other photos. Funny, no?
