15" rMBP is Overheating on Windows 8 Pro

I have a 15'' rMBP laptop that dual boots osx 10.8 and windows 8 pro. I have noticed that the laptop is running very hot while booted in windows 8 and doing low power stuff, like browsing the web and clicking around (not using any graphic intensive programs). its to the point where its about as hot as when i run a game in windows 7 or osx that is intense on the gpu, except that the fan isnt running hard like it normally would. i am assuming its because there isn't real graphics drivers out yet so its not handling the regular every day using properly. any idea when drivers will be out or any solutions?
