HELPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!! BACKUP NOT SHOWING UP!

HELP PLEASE!!!!!

so my camera shutter isnt opening so i called apple and they said to restore my phone to see if it was a hardware issue, so i backed up my iphone to my computer and then i restored now my backup isnt showing up where you select backup, PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!

Did the backup actually complete?

Did you verify that the backup existed prior to attempting to restore?

If it did not complete or for some other reason the backup is not showing, it simply is not possible to restore from a non-existent backup.

Restore as new, sync back your content, move on with life.
