EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS, Hundreds of them

Hi,

I have my Email Notification Preferences all set at no but I am getting a couple of hundred email notifications a day. It seems I am getting them everytime there is comment on any thread or discussion I even look at. I am mass deleting them but I am really keen to stop this as I will accidentally delete other emails as there are so many from apple? I am a frequent user of these communities and am no not wanting to look at any new threat.

Can I stop ALL email notification, bear in mind all my email notification preferences are already NO?
