Ever since I turned on iTunes Match, half of music library won't sync to my iPhone 4s

I activated iTunes Match and I keep gettong a "error 4002" popup that says my request coldnt be completed. Now I can't get half my 6000+ songs to sync with my iPhone 4s. I even turned off iTunes match on my macbook and iPhone 4s and turned off cloud storage and tried again to sync my phone and still half of my songs won't load, even though I see them iTunes library. AAarrrgghhh!
