Problems with Chase Mobile
My husband says that Chase Mobile works on his iPad with no problems. I started having issues around 2 months ago. Even with the update to the app, I still cannot log in. I type in my username and password and it just sits there and finally tells me "The Request Timed Out"
No matter how many times I try to log in it always gives me this error message.
I tried to delete and reinstall the app but that did not fix the problem.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I'm not sure this matters, but I am using the app over Wifi.
