Q: How can I solve install Itunes 10.7 failure

I were using Itunes 10.6 with my Iphone; recently I updated it to IOS 6, then I Tunes stop recognizing the phone asking to update to 10.7.

Since I did that were unable to start using I tunes and neither the IPhone sync with it

Can someone advice what to do to solve this?

Installation runs on Spanish

Try unistall & re-install of iTunes. Here's an article to assist you: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1925

However, in case your iTunes 10.7 is working & its only the language issue; then you can probably change the language with steps mentioned here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2242

Hello DhruvC
I've done the re-install several times and looks this is a looping w/out clear way to solve.
Looks that Windows does not get correct identification of the Iphone and that Itunes does not update correctly the Apple Mobile Device
Thne if ignore is selected (after doing this deletion of all apple software - reintalling itunes)... Itunes does works but can not recognize the IPhone
every time I connect Iphone... windows see it as a camera rather than a phone...
any ideas...?? language mix is not ..at least were working correclty until Itunes version 10.6 with IOS 5
