iMac 27" (Nov 2009) i7 2.8 (EMC 2374) - Installing an SSD

Hi

A relative wants to replace the 1TB hard drive in his iMac for a 256MB SSD. However, the local Apple Premiem Reseller & Service Centre won't do it as they say this iMac is not compatible with an SSD - as there is a part missing to fix it.

Would this be an SSD bracket to fix it in place?

Has anyone put an SSD in this model iMac and if so where did you get the bracket / or other missing part from?
