changed password now cant log in
i changedadmin password now cannot log in on start up
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
change it back, login, disable encryption, change password again, login, enable encryption.

Boot from your Snow Leopard installation disc and use the password utility (It's there somewhere - just been a long time since I used SL) to change the password for your account. Then write it down so you won't forget it again (if you've actually forgotten it). Then boot from your internal and use your 'new' password to log into your account.
