Kernel Panic -> xen/net6??

My MacMini runs OSX 10.8.2 with 14 virtual network adapters configured on the ethernet interface.

Many times--funny enough not always, but always when logging into the MacMini via ssh and executing a 'shutdown -h now' (as the system is unresponsive)--the box re-starts over and over again, and when finally breaking this cycle by resetting the PRAM a kernel panic (xen/net6) message is being displayed.
