iTunes wont install

Every time i try to download iTunes to my PC it goes threw the process, but once it gets to the part where it needs to sync everything to it, it skips it and says it has finished installing. So once i go to look for iTunes and open it up, all that is there is the iTunes64bitsetup to install it. Which it says it did. but it doesnt. Ive tried this about 10 times and still no luck.
