How do I delete Windows.old after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 8?

Can't do it in Disk Cleanup in Windows. Trying to delete file asks for Administrator Rights. I am the Administrator?

Mac mini (Mid 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
