Having trouble with onstar remotelink app!!!

Had onstar remotelink was working fine past couple of days then last night I try to use it and it takes forever to load..so I wait and try later and it tells me to retry or try later..so today it does it again so I delete app thinking I will just reinstall it well when I go to look for it it's gone!! Why did they get rid of it or are they just working on it?? Help
