From which countries can I sell my iPhone app?
I am a begginer developer from Ukraine, and I'm planning to make a paid app, but not sure if it's possible to distribute paid app from Ukrainian app store.

Yes, certainly you can. Once you sign up for the iOS Developer Program:

you'll be given access to full instructions on how to select the countries in which you want to distribute your app.
