Another person is using my old iphone, and now my iCloud account.

Another person is using my old (stolen) iphone, and is now using my iCloud account, making backups from my old phone. I just realized this, because i bought a new iphone and tried to restore my old phone via. this backup.When i used my iCloud backup, his "new" backup on my old(stolen) phone was ported to my new iPhone. Is it possible to deauthorize him from my iCloud, and restore my old backup before he began changing the backup in the cloud?

My phone was stolen 3 months ago, where i made my last backup.

Change the password for your iCloud account and the same for any other email account you were accessing with the iPhone's Mail app.

Had you been using the Passcode lock feature, it wouldn't be a problem.

Unassociate the phone.

iTunes Store: Associating a device or computer to your Apple ID

Change your iCloud account password And other passwords used on the phone)

Try finding and wiping the phone via iCloud.

Did you have Find My iPhone turned on? If so you could wipe the stolen phone remotely.

I would still recommend changing all passwords used on your stolen phone.

Funny enough i had it turned on, but i could never locate the phone via. "find my iphone", and therefore i was never able to whipe it. I just deleted my old bakcup(which he made), and made new passwords. 🙂

Since you weren't using the Passcode lock feature, the person using the iPhone can turn Find My iPhone off with your iCloud account settings on the iPhone, or turn location services off.

Yeah i guess so. Just strikes me how few times it actually asks for the passcode to the iCloud. Thank you for your help.
