Since I updated my iPhone4s the touch screen only works some of the time, especially if I am touching something on the top or bottom corners. Is this the sensor? It's becoming unusable becuase most apps have buttons in this area. I never had any issues with this before the update. Help please!

Yes, I have looked through the new ios user guide and the iphone 4s guide and didn't find anything. Any suggestions?
Basics from the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW device.
Yes I have turned the phone on and off several times and have done a reset. Still having issues.
Then sounds like it's time for a restore, doesn't it?
