"Safari; To me it's the best browser. I like it the most, I love the top sites, the animations when browsing and I really love the downloading."
Safari block pop ups
Block pop ups from Safari menu is no more available.
Now you have to enable it in the security preference pane. That is a drag.
Pop up blocker never worked 100%, all the time.
Blocking pop-up windows stops only those windows that appear when you open or close a page. It does not block pop-up windows that open when you click a link on the page.
Unfortunately we can not have a "white list" for cookies.

Yeah, so I think what I'm getting from your post is there's nothing I can do except unblock pop ups for school then re-enable it after I'm dong. Which does suck!
The message "Blocking pop-up windows stops only those windows that appear when you open or close a page. it doesn't block pop-up windows that open when you click a link on the page" doesn't hold true when it comes to school or some other sites.
I wish there was an extension that'll fix this.

All browsers come with built in advantages and disadvantages.
As users we have choices.
If a particular browser meets the requirements of a particular site, use that browser.
I am not aware of any extension that will fix the mentioned problem.
