Remote Desktop doesn't save settings after quitting

If I make changes to my Remote Desktop app, such as changing scanner ranges or the columns viewable in different scanners after quitting these changes are not saved.

I have deleted the .plist file in ~/Library/Preferences but the problem persists even with a fresh plist file. The plist modified time stamp shows the it is being updated when Remote Desktop quits.

Remote Desktop 3.6.1 (471.16)

OS X 10.8.2 (12C60)

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
