Problem Installing a Plug-In

I am trying to install a plug-in, but keep getting the following error message: "Sorry; there is a space in your home directory path. MacOS makes it difficult to do that by accident. Contact your administrator for information on how to fix this." I have verified and repaired my permissions on my hard disk. Otherwise I have no idea.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks
