How to convert vob files to m4v?

Everybody is good, recently in use in the process of ipad had some problem, I on the other less resources downloaded a lot of movies, but different format, in ipad can not play, I download movies most format are VOB format, excuse me I change how to operate to in ipad inside normal play the movie?
