I just got my new iphone 5 from a local reseller, they did not press back up from icloud (which I needed) they chose set up as new iphone , even though I said I need to download the backup 😟.

so how do I go about downloading my icloud backup?

I cannot find anything in settings that allows me to download my icloud backup.

ok I got it, go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings,

this time choosing restore from icloud after connecting to wifi.
