When i bought my iphone 5, i decided to restore my old 3GS apps via itunes to the new iphone 5. There are many apps that i want to delete, but it is not letting me delete any of them by holding down the icon. Can you help?

If there a many of them, delete them using iTunes. Just go to the Apps tab of your iTunes sync settings, uncheck the apps you don't want on your phone, then click Apply to sync.
- You can't delete the apps that came with the iOS
- You can turn on a Restriction that prevent deleing apps. Settings>General>Restrictions
Settings>General>Restrictions...are yours on? Deleting Apps>On/Off.
