Not sure if Back-to-My-Mac was part of Snow Leopard, but if you have it enabled, consider changing your Apple ID password.

You''ll need to turn off Remote Management and turn on Screen Sharing in the Sharing system preference of the system to which you want access. This will stop management by Apple Remote Desktop, if you happen to be using that software.
