anything like these can i do it
With only 64Mb of video memory you should be able to run Halo and it will likely have to be run at reduced quality. GTA and COD need 128-256 Mb so will not play well or at all.
Any other games that i can play
Since you have an intel machine it is not possible to run very many of the older games made for the PPC Macs.
A few have universal binary update patches like Doom 3, Quake 4, and possibly Wolfenstein. There a must be others but these are the ones I am familiar with. I don't know if the older COD games have been patched so you should check the Mfg. website for info.
An afterthought. There is a site called Inside Mac Games
