I have an HP Officejet Pro 8500 A Premium that i have used with OS X 10.6.8. I purchased a new mac computer with 10.8.2 and now scanning always brings up an error message after scanning the first page. Any suggestions?
I have read other posts here with HP scanning problems when running 10.8.2.
Go to HP Support and see if they have any drivers available yet. Otherwise e-mail HP's support team and explain your issue...maybe they can help.
They also have forums.
