macbook A1181 highest possible upgrade of the logic board

I would like to try and upgrade the logic board in my macbook 2,1 to something newer. I have a Core 2 Duo with 1gb of ram and would like to look at my options before I upgrade the ram and hard drive.

Any input should help.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

There are no upgrades for the logic board. The processor and graphics card on the MacBook are integrated with the logic board and cannot be changed.
