Banner on Lock Screen

I keep getting a banner on my lock screen and can not figure how to get rid of it. It's a Starbucks banner and I have that notification off.

 MacBook Pro 2.2 Quad i7-OTHER, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), iPhone 4S, iPad 3
