i want to download app store on to my pc inorder for me to update my macbook pro to the lion software but i cant seem to download app store, please help

In order to have access to the App Store you need to upgrade to Snow Leopard v10.6 first.
Snow Leopard is no longer available from the Apple online store, however, you can call Apple for puchasing:

Before purchasing, make sure your Mac can run Snow Leopard > System requirements for OS X Lion and Mac OS X v10.6
If your Mac qualifies to run v10.8 Mountain Lion, you can upgrade directly from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion without having to purchase v10.7 Lion.
i have a mac pro version 10.5.8, i want to update it to the latest version but im facing a problem saying my computer is already updated and i dont have the app store application on my computer to download the OS X Mountain Lion. Please assist
