How can I file a complaint or contact some at Apple directly?
I bought a Macbook Pro just 45 days ago that died due to the harddrive and the apple store doesnt keep 7200 rpm harddrives in stock and I'm 5 days without my computer. I find this ridiculous that a company of this size can't get a part within 4 days? I'm basically screwed as I have some very serious deadlines approaching and I'm falling behind on my work.
