Error message updating Safari 6.0.2

Hi, I just tried updating this but got the following message:

The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error -3001.)(102)

I rebooted the Mac but still have the error message.

Help!

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Ok that's odd.

Looks like the Apple Forums are munging the URL somewhat.

I definately did not have a space in the URL between the "9yyg" and the "37g". I tested the link I had before posting and it worked fine.

What appears to be happening is altough the http link works fine when you click on it , but the text that appears in the forum does have a space for some reason. If you copy/paste it watch for the space !

Here's a shortened link I just found for it :

http://bitly.com/SBV9Cx+

I've included the "+" so you guys can preview the URL before you click on it to download. The "swcdn.apple.com" mean's it's off Apple's CDN servers so should be safe.
