Is anyone's time zone constantly searching? It's under: General/Date & Time. Here's a pic:

Mine is set to my time zone. It appears the phone is having difficulty in identifying where you are. If you turn off Set Automatically, you can set your time zone yourself and then if you turn it back on, it should finish.

Never mind. Sorted it out. Turned on location services and then turned it off!
