Voice recognition software with MS Word?

I just discovered the voice recognition features of my new iPad--I can dictate emails and texts. I'm still using Lion (OS X.7.5). Does it, or Mountain Lion, have anything comparable? Can these be used with MS Word?

Yes, dictation is included in Mountain Lion! (It is not in Lion.)
