How To Flash A PCI-E PC Graphics Card?

I have a 2006 mac pro running on a 7300gt and a 8800gts. I was wondering if the nVidia GeForce 6800 6 Series 256 MB PCI-E card form my failed Dell (Dells are sh**) could be flashed to work in my Mac Pro to give it a tidbit more power. Im currently running on 10.6.8. Thanks for any help and or links.
