Will my textbook show up in Australia ibooks store

Just received new email stating textbooks are now available in Australia, but so far the only textbooks i see in that categorie are from the big publishing companies, not from ibooks author creations. will they eventually give us all the textbooks everyone has created, including paid ones, not just from publishing companies? i'm asking as i have set up a new appleID and plan on selling textbooks, i was originally going to publish each book twice, once under "Textbook" so educators can see it (but before it was only in USA) and again under the "Book" category so that the rest of the world can download it, but it would mean using two separate ISBNs. If apple are indeed releasing all the textbooks in the new territories they have stated, i would simply publish it as a textbook and it would save me some money on ISBNs.
