I need to send a png file (can convert to jpg) from a PC (Outlook) to a Mac Mail user. Please help.

Can anyone tell me how to send a graphics file (.png or .jpg) from a PC (Outlook) to a Mac Mail user? I've tried to send it both as an embedded file in the email and as an attachment from Outlook and the Mac Mail user cannot see it at all.

I use Outlook on the Mac side and can either copy a file and place it inline or send it as an attachment and no ione has every complained about receiving the images on any mail app - and I've quite a few friends that use Mail.

You're either doing something wrong on the Outlook side or the Mail clients that you're sending to have their preferences set improperly. Is this happening with all OS X Mail clients or just a handful?

Never experienced the problem before so I don't have an answer. Maybe a Mail maven will come along with some help.
