Can Ibooks be sold in all countries

Hello,

My itune account is in France, but most of my work is done outside France, from US, UK and other European countries to India, Singapore etc. If I create then sell an ibook, can it be sold throughout countries, or will it be restricted to France (which would be completely absurd)?
