Newbie question about basic settings......

I want to create a decent looking DVD in Final Cut Pro X for viewing on a Japanese widescreen pc via projector or an external DVD player. I'm stuck at the first step. Which setting do I choose?

NTSC SD 720x480 DV Anamorphic or

720x486 DV Anamorphic

and which do I need:

23.98p or

29.97p or

29.97i

Sorry for the stupid questions but can somebody please help me? I have used Final Cut Pro X before but not all that frequently and get stumped when I try to pick it up again.
