Books outside the US ?

Hi all.

OK, my book is ready in iBooks Author. How do I sell if I'm not in the US ? There seems to be no way to create an account without a valid US Tax ID...

What is the process outside the US (I'm in France BTW) ? I can not see any help page on the topic.
