What are the cellular data specs for the iPad sold in the UK, MD524B/A?

Anyone know what the cellular data (3G and 4G/LTE) specs are for the iPad sold in the UK, MD524B/A? The model number for the 64GB Black WI+cellular is different to those sold in the US, and even though there only seems to be one model available in the UK if you go to preorder, under the specs it lists out those for both the ATT model and the Verison model. I wish they would update the UK pages.
