How can I remove TV shows from Purchased on my iPad?
how do i delete what i have purchased (tv shows) once i'm done from the Purchased menu

You can't currently permanently delete items from your purchase history, all you can do is hide them so that they are less visible : hiding and unhiding (hiding items doesn't currently work on iOS 6, but you should still be able to hide them via your computer's iTunes).
