MBP i7 frequent kernel panics

Probably once a week since I bought the computer in mid 2011, I've been getting kernel panics all the time. With bootcamp, I get blue screen crashes even more often, by the way. But lets stick to the Apple side. I thought it was the RAM, but several memory tests and a trip to the genius bar say the RAM is good. Then this summer, the hard drive failed. So I replaced it, and things have been pretty good on the OSX side. Still blue screens on the windows side, even with a new install there. Then just now on the STARTUP I got a kernel panic. This seems like a special crash, does anyone have any idea whats causing these, or this in particular?? (One other thing to note, possibly a clue, sometimes it doesn't charge when plugged in. It just says "not charging", but thats probably a separate issue)
