Ipod Touch and the Notes application
My older ipod touch has deleted some of my Notes BUT not all of them.
Can I ever get the deleted Notes back again?

Restore from backup. See:
Make sure that in iTunes>Preferences>Devices the box that says Prevent iPods.... is checked to prevent overwriting the previous backup when you connect the iPod to the computer.
